  • Size exchanges may be considered on case-to-case basis depending on availability at the brand’s discretion. Please raise your size change request within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Time taken for replacement may vary depending on availability of fabric. (You may reach out to us here).
  • In case of any quality issue such as with fabric, trims etc. customers will raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery of the garment, courier the garments back to us for inspection and we will revert within 7 working days. If the quality defect is confirmed, garments will be replaced or corrected at the earliest, depending on availability of the fabric/trims as the case may be.
  • No exchanges or returns are offered in case of customised garments.
International orders : There is no possibility of refund or exchange due to import and customs regulations.
