• We offer free shipping for orders with delivery within India.
• For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
• Our standard dispatch timelines are between 1-3 weeks from SUKETDHIR’s warehouse located in New Delhi.
• While we deliver pan-India, certain pin codes may be out of our service area.

International

• For International deliveries, we mention the estimated delivery charge at the time of checkout. This varies based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination.
• For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes are over and above shipping charges, and have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
• While we deliver worldwide, some regions or countries may be under restrictions or political sanctions.

General

• Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
• We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
• At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
• Non-Availability on Delivery - Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfillment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
